Precision round burs for clean cutting, shaping, and seat forming across all precious-metal and fine metalwork.

Made in Germany, Busch 1 Round Burs are precision-ground for smooth, accurate cutting with minimal vibration. The classic round profile excels at raising beads, opening and rounding seats, shaping claws/prongs, and general detailing. Each bur uses the standard 2.32 mm shank compatible with jewellery industry handpieces.

Operating speeds (max suggested):

· Sizes 0.5– 2.0 mm: Fine cut 20,000 rpm · Coarse 12,000 rpm (Recommended speed is marked on each packet.)

· Sizes 2.1– 5.0 mm: Fine cut 8,000 rpm · Coarse 4,000 rpm (Recommended speed is marked on each packet.)

Available individually across a broad size range 0.3– 10.0 mm, plus curated sets for bench convenience. Purchase single burs, packs of 6, or boxes of 72 with tiered pricing.
