Vallorbe Oval Needle Files are Swiss-made precision files designed for refining curved surfaces, elongated grooves and smooth internal contours in jewellery and fine metalwork. The oval profile combines gentle curves with controlled cutting surfaces, making these files ideal where flat or square files are too aggressive or imprecise.

Manufactured from high-quality hardened steel, Vallorbe oval needle files feature uniform, sharp teeth that provide smooth, predictable material removal with excellent control. They are particularly well suited to softening transitions, refining bezels, shaping settings, and finishing curved channels in gold, silver, platinum and other non-ferrous metals.
