UV LIGHT-CURING UNIT FOR COMPOSITES

Photopol PRO is a multi-purpose light-curing furnace which best suits with most composites sensitive to UV light. Three extremely powerful circuits à 8 LED UV at different frequency assure the overall radiation. The distinctive feature of each individual LED is a specific collimation lens focusing the light (therefore the emitted power) in a very restricted angle of incidence. Both the working chamber and the horizontal plane are coated with highly reflecting material assuring a mirror effect with no dispersion of ultraviolet rays. The support plate is steadily rotating and it has been conveniently assembled on a sliding drawer allowing to position and to pick up easily the elements to be treated.

CHARACTERISTICS:

· Two circuits with 8 LEDs each covering the higher UV spectrum (above 410nm – blue)

· One circuit with 8 LEDs covering the lower UV spectrum (under 410nm – violet)

· Possibility of combined action of two UV light sources

· 24 high power LED featuring a specific collimation lens which concentrates the light for deep penetration in the material

· Ability to adjust the power or to measure it out to avoid any shock to the material

· Wide range of the operating spectrum (from 320 to 550 nanometers, peak at 470 nm)

· Ideally suited to light-cure any composite available in the dental field not requiring treatment under vacuum

· Rotating turntable working under continuous cycle to assure the all-over exposure of the elements restricting the shade effect

· Modern user interface with colour-touch display

· Extended range of working parameters allowing to preset the most correct cycle to cover any requirement and to store the preset programs

· Useful pre-polymerization function to dry out and fix the different layers (operation lasting few seconds, repeated in steady succession)
