Item: Qld Boulder Opal and Sterling Silver Pendant
I bought the Opal first because I loved the flashes of green which show in the sunlight. I started to design the pendant around the shape of the stone which grew organically to become something that has an Olde World feel to it. I had visited Egypt a few years before which no doubt influenced each step in the making. I was thrilled when I set the Opal and had the finished piece. I wear it often and it always draws admiring comments.
