Description
1:200 Concentrated Rinse Aid for E-Coating Post Treatment. Rinse aid is a surfactant type chemical that has been developed for the post treatment of e-coating processes. A common problem to coating processes is water spotting following the curing stage. These water spots appear as deformed circular designs on the surface of the coating and cannot be removed. If the treated objects are submerged into rinse aid following the coating process and prior to curing, the chemical helps to ensure that the water runs off the substrate by providing a clean, slick surface.
