Description
CASTALDO® White Label®, the less expensive and firmer of our two grades, has a high concentration of pure natural gum rubber, which makes it resilient and pliable, qualities that the experienced mold-maker values in his efforts to produce high-quality molds in the shortest reasonable time.
Vulcanize at 310 degrees F for 15 minutes per 1/4" of mold frame thickness.
Rubber is 1/8" thick
Strips are 2-7/8" wide by 18" in length
Ready Cut (Pre-cuts) are cut to fit the popular size mold frames used in the industry and have rounded edges . The size of the Ready Cut are 1-7/8" by 2-7/8"
